Not by Bread Alone

Velázques has finally joined the ranks of my favourite painters portrayed next to tables laden with victuals they either painted themselves or are likely to have enjoyed. I have tried to reflect something of their own painting styles and colour palettes, too. The series, on which I work when not immersed in other endeavours, is nearly finished. Only Goya remains patiently awaiting his turn.
